Lead Artist of the We Share One Sky murals project, Felipe Ortiz will be leading an Artist’s Talk & Walk on Tuesday August 1st, beginning at 5:30pm in the Sculpture Garden at Newburyport Art.

Felipe will begin by introducing and discussing his temporary, modular, sculpture-painting. The work is perfectly suited for Newburyport Art’s interactive Sculpture Garden. He will demonstrate how he designed the work for public engagement. It’s designed so the anyone passing by can shift the modular sculpture-painting to make a new, colorful scene.

From there he will work his was over to Mill No. 4 of the Tannery Marketplace, where he will introduce his large-scale mural.
