Introducing Coombs & Blooms, a ticketed fundraiser event at Newburyport Art on June 7th, 6:00-8:00pm. This flower-filled fundraiser supports Newburyport Art’s programming, capital building improvements, and community outreach!

What is Coombs & Blooms?

Coombs
Named after Laura Coombs Hills, Newburyport artist and creative juggernaut who was a founding member of Newburyport Art and after whom our Hills Gallery is named.

Blooms
Newburyport Art is proud to partner with Museum of Old Newbury (MOON) as a stop on the Garden Tour this year!

Additionally, our ticketed fundraiser will feature bouquets arranged by local florists, inspired by artwork from out National Juried Show.

What to expect:

  • Cocktails and refreshments

  • A talk about the life and creative pursuits of Laura Coombs Hills by Museum of Old Newbury (MOON) Executive Director Bethany Groff Dorau

  • Beautiful flower arrangements inspired by artwork from the National Juried Show created by local florists and horticulture groups

  • Make your own flower arrangement to take home with you
