The second exhibit of our 2021 Summer Artist Series, "Natural Beauty, Near and Far" features works by Laura Kozlowski.
Laura B. Kozlowski is an award winning photographer who has been documenting the world around her since the early age of five. Starting with film, and transitioning over to digital in her Boston studio during the late 90’s, her career has taken her from weddings, to commercial work, as well as up to the beautiful finger lakes region, where she worked on an extensive coffee table book of gemstones for the University of Cornell.
Currently, she is working with the Concord Museum, and has worked in the digital archives at the Boston Public Library. Also look for her upcoming exhibit at the Amesbury Carriage house, with an online opening on June 23rd.
Always interested in other cultures and countries, Laura and her camera have been hired nationally in Australia, Scotland, Argentina, and Mexico. But being a North Shore native, and now living in Amesbury, Laura has always loved the beauty of the New England coastline. She enjoys getting up early to capture the quiet peaceful moments on Plum Island as the sun rises over the Atlantic. In this show, you will find some of her favorite places printed and framed from local landscapes to exotic lands.
