Three accomplished watercolorists will exhibit work that will be on view to the public and available for sale from April 1 through to June 1, 2024, at the Grog Restaurant in Newburyport.

Karen Fitzgerald, Mary Ann McCarthy McArdle, and Peggy Poppe, are good friends that have been painting together plein air for several years and are early members of the NAA Watercolor Interest Group, started by Peggy.

The Grog is free and handicap accessible.

One of NAA’s Featured Interest Groups, the Watercolor Interest Group is a community of artists that share their love for watercolor and seek to provide opportunities to learn, paint and exhibit together. The group meets monthly to share, critique, and support members’ creative work. Members range from professional artists to novice painters. Members often volunteer to facilitate meetings and share things they have learned through workshops or individual exploration. Often there is a painting theme or challenge of the month. During warmer weather interested members meet to paint en plein air.
