Newburyport Art presents NAA artist Rick Hamilton in a featured solo exhibition, running alongside this year’s Auction! Rick is a self-taught artist from Portland, Maine.

"My Art is a reflection of what I’m thinking or feeling at any given time. The images for my paintings start from an idea or a phrase that I may hear. I don’t use models or photos for inspiration. From there the painting organically develops into an abstract or figurative canvas." -Rick Hamilton
