Newburyport Art Association

Applications are now being accepted for the 2018 Fellowship Program! Submission Deadline is December 15, 2017

Donald and Kim Jurney have established the Donald & Kim Traveling Fellowship in partnership with the Newburyport Art Association, Newburyport, MA.  The intention is to provide an annual & rigorous opportunity to paint and draw, without constraint, to deeply infuse one’s self with the rich European cultural world. Jurney has twice (1980 and 2015) been the recipient of the kind and generous support of friends and collectors who enabled him to travel freely in Europe, where he painted, made drawings, visited countless museums to see and be inspired by great paintings.

Donald and Kim Jurney, and other generous donors, have contributed the initial funding for the Fellowship but we need your help to make sure this worthwhile project is sustainable.  We ask that you seriously consider helping to underwrite the Fellowship and ensure  that this rare opportunity continues to be offered to artists for years to come.  To support the Jurney Traveling Fellowship, click DONATE
