Clipper Rail Trail Phase II Mural Project
The Newburyport Art Association in collaboration with The City of Newburyport has announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) for mural art work for a section of the Clipper City Rail Trail. Selected works will be reproduced on weather-resistant material and installed as public art further enhancing the Rail Trail.
