Max joined the NAA board in November and resides in Newburyport. He recently retired from the City of Gloucester Health Department where he served for seventeen years, retiring in 2022 as the Department’s director. As director, Max brings a wealth of board experience as he has served in numerous nonprofit and municipal board leadership positions. As an artist-photographer, Max looks forward to continuing his volunteer support of the NAA and help grow its success as a regional voice for the arts and arts education.
