What can I exhibit?
Yes. Works must have been created within the last 3 years. Works accepted into a juried show, cannot be re-entered into another juried show.  Works hung into an Open show, cannot be re-entered into another Open show.  They may be shown in one open show and one juried show.

Can I submit work to an NAA show Not for Sale  (NFS)?
No.  All work in an NAA show must be for sale.  The exception is a Featured Artist or Featured Interest Group show. 

Can I submit work to an NAA show Price Upon Request  (POR)?
No.  All work in an NAA show must have the price clearly labeled on the wall label.  The exception is work in the Sculpture Garden. 

Can I change the price of my work in a show? 
Not once the show opens.. 11a.m. on the first day of the show.  Once the prices have been advertised, they cannot be changed.

Other than the Regional Juried Show, do I have to enter a show online?
Unless stated in the Call For Entry, you do not.  We do encourage all artists to submit online as their work will then be seen in the online gallery (an additional sales tool) and be available to staff when considering works for marketing purposes such as show posters, etc.. 

Can I print my tags from home?
Yes.  Click the link above to download tags.  If you are entering a juried show, we need two tags (completely filled out) per work.  For an Open show, we only need one tag per work.

What is the commission for work sold in an NAA show?
The artist’s commission on sales is 60% of the selling price.

What is the commission for work sold in a Featured Artist or Featured Interest Group Show?
When the gallery has been rented for a show, the artist commission on works sold is 80%.  If there was no rental fee for the gallery, the commission is 60% to the artist.

When do I get paid for a sold work in an Exhibition?
Commission checks are issued within a month following the close of the show.

Can I replace a work sold in an NAA Exhibition?
Yes, if it is an Open show.  No, if it is a juried show.
