- Taking the Mystery our of Color Mixing

This one day workshop will take the mystery out of the challenge many aritsts face when trying to achieve and repeat the right color/value.
Rosalie Sidoti will share the simplified mixing technique she uses to achieve appropriate color and value. This technique will help you no matter what your painting style or genre may be. This class is designed for students who have had some experience but, is not exclusive to beginners.
For an additional cost, there is an option to have all the supplies provided for the day. Materials package includes: easel, paper, oil paint, Liquin medium, odorless mineral spirits, one canvas and a variety of brushes. The instructor will purchase the appropriate materials for you. About the Instructor
Rosalie holds a BFA and MA degree and is a Graduate Supervisor for Tufts University and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MA. Rosalie is a national award winning artist and is a frequent lecturer, demonstrator and teacher for various art organizations in the northeast. Rosalie is a member of the Copley Society of Art, a juried artist member of the National Association of Women Artists; NY & MA, Oil Painters of America, Rockport Art Association and North Shore Art Association, where she served as a Trustee and Officer.
